Chatswood Chase

: simple and luxurious shopping heaven. Four well organised floors live here. The planners are smart to target hungry customers with the food court area at street level.

When you escape the madness of the food court; health and home combine and turn into peace and harmony. There is a space where medical centres and TCM Practitioners practise, right near some beautiful homewares stores such as Karma Living. The latter shop is so inviting...ever so serene and peaceful.

In the other areas of - what this shopping centre is well known for shines in its serene glory: fashion, fashion, and more fashion. That is right, many top fashion brands live here to the likes of Witchery, Alannah Hill and Ralph Lauren. Oh, and did I mention there is also a David Jones here too? Yes, a fair few floors where women's and men's clothing (unlike the city) can be purchased under the same roof.

All of the shops are glorious, and using that fantastic plastic when you don't want to overextend yourself too much should be used with some caution. Caution to the wind, absolutely. In the market for some nice, floral beauty products? Yes, you've come to the right place with brands such as Crabtree & Evelyn, as well as L'Occitane.

Phew, three floors of full on shopping and social fun. There are a couple of chemists here that advertise the flu shot free for a limited time in the early months of the flu season (start making enquiries from March onwards). You might think, what is so fun about a flu shot? Let me tell you one secret-but-not-so-secret word to this rationale: everything. With the flu, you can't have fun in Sydney. Stop digressing Justy!

Have also observed that is a great place to buy some items for the home bathroom too: think Bed Bath N Table.

Now to the top floor, and a space (a somewhat special space) reserved predominantly for the kids of Sydney. The Play Pod - a space for parents to supervise their kids, allowing them to play on computer pods in a simple, laid out and colourful space. Parents, if you download the Beat the Q app on your smartphone, Cicco Bar will gladly deliver your coffee and/or treat right to you, while you're supervising your child/children in this cool space.

I like this place.
